摘要: As the population continues to age, more older patients present themselves for surgical procedures. Not uncommonly, these have considerable multiorgan dysfunction. Fundamental knowledge of predisposing risk is imperative optimal perioperative care such patients. This review considers available data on factors that affect cardiac as they apply specific clinical entities.
