摘要: Acne vulgaris is a multifactorial disease involving abnormalities in follicular keratinization, sebum production, proliferation of Propionibacterium acnes, and inflammation. Treatment directed toward reversing these underlying pathogenic factors. Therapeutic options include topical comedolytics, systemic antibiotics, hormonal manipulations, oral retinoids.
