摘要: FIELD: electrical engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the stabilization of an electrodynamic cable system (ECS), preferably in a low earth orbit, close circular equatorial one. ECS, designed for orientation mode near local vertical (with relatively weak current along cable), is equipped at ends cable-rope collectors collect charges opposite signs. Required values positive and negative are supported by emitters electron beams, respectively, from collector end body collector.
