Infrared spectroscopy of hydrogen centers in undoped and iron-doped BaTiO3 crystals

摘要: Abstract Monodomain single crystals of BaTiO 3 , grown by the Czochralski method in Dijon, show for light polarized perpendicular to c -axis only one absorption line OH-stretch mode, contrast data reported so far. This has been observed Raman scattering, as well. Additional structures appear other polarizations and iron-doped samples. From angular dependence mode we conclude that hydrogen vibrates against oxygen with a dipole axis being tilted an angle about 49° respect tetragonal axis. The (tetragonal-cubic) phase transition is reflected temperature both frequency halfwidth. lines depend strongly on growth process.
