摘要: Interspecific hybrids between Miscanthus sacchariflorus and sinensis, such as Miscanthus × giganteus, are promising biomass crops for temperate regions. A set of DNA markers to distinguish both species would be a powerful tool interspecific hybrid breeding. Out 85 intron-flanking primer pairs developed using genomic information from sugarcane (Saccharum hybrid) Sorghum bicolor, seven were selected that showed polymorphisms M. sacchariflorus M. sinensis. Four simple sequence repeat also screened 44 previously pairs. Of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) products generated by 11 pairs, nine amplified fragments specific two M. sinensis, based on 83 accessions mainly Japan but including Chinese Korean ones. Fragments detected in three known plants. These results indicate combinations these PCR could good identifying M. sinensis obtained breeding programs or natural crosses wild sympatric populations.
