摘要: Follistatin (FST), an activin-binding protein, inhibits activin action by interfering with binding to its receptor. The prognostic value of FST has been studied in various cancers. However, these studies rarely focus on lung cancer. In our study, we investigated the relationship between serum levels and cancer histologic types, TNM staging, recurrence. A total 150 samples were collected, including 91 from patients SCLC or NSCLC, 22 benign diseases, 37 healthy subjects. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used determine subjects, diseases Serum LADC, SCC, LASC, LCLC, much higher than those subjects disease. ROC curve constructed for differentiating diseases. results indicated that area under (AUC) 0.971 0.728 respectively. According level increased significantly stage III IV LADC. Moreover, expression LADC different category. Furthermore, found a correlated recurrence patients. gradually rise staging category These data suggest not only can be auxiliary diagnosis but also might associated disease progression metastasis
