摘要: We have used conventional whole-cell electrophysiological recording techniques to measure the level of expression tetrodotoxin-sensitive (TTX-S) and tetrodotoxin-resistant (TTX-R) sodium currents in capsaicin-sensitive capsaicin-insensitive subpopulations dorsal root ganglion neurons. find that there are significantly higher levels TTX-R expressed group but no difference TTX-S. Since capsaicin is a selective stimulant polymodal nociceptors, these data raise possibility channels may be an important determinant nociceptor phenotype.
