摘要: The genomes of all organisms contain an abundance DNA repeats which are at-risk for causing genetic change. We have used the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae to investigate various repeat categories in order understand their potential genomic instability and role metabolism factors. Several types can increase enormously likelihood changes such as mutation or recombination when present either wild type mutants defective replication repair. Specifically, we investigated inverted repeats, homonucleotide runs, short distant consequences mutants. Because motifs (ARMs) that characterized sensitive indicators, found they useful tools reveal new factors affecting genome stability well distinguish subtle differences between alleles.
