摘要: ABSTRACT The results of research concerning flexural strength, work fracture and compressive strength basalt fibre reinforced cement mortars as well resistance in alkaline environment are presented the paper. Basalt fibres, 5 mm 12 mm long, with amount 0.4 kg/m3, 1 kg/m3, 2 kg/m3 were used reinforcement 3, 7 28-day mortars. It was found that addition fibres caused increase (up to 20%), reduction 15%) properties tested determined by length whereas influence content insignificant. examination (10% sodium hydroxide solution at 60 °C during 10 days) pointed out chemical degradation form diameter formation deposit on surface fibre. microscopic observations ED XRF spectra did not confirm presence any polymer coating could enable effective anchorage (bond) matrix protect against destruction matrix.
