摘要: Abstract Thin layer spectroelectrochemistry is used to show that it possible mediate the electrochemical reduction of NADH by means an hydrogenase. This kind cofactor regeneration associated three model reactions involving pyruvate, acetoacetylCoA and ketoglutarate.
