摘要: The article analyses the impact greenhouse gas emissions trading (GHG-ET) regimes have on companies from angle of ecological involvement, stakeholder approach and organizational field. It concludes that some form GHG management is advisable. main consequences European Union’s scheme (which, albeit limited to CO2 emissions, has come into effect in January 2005) are discussed, particular strategy options for procurement certificates scheme’s corporate environmental management.
