摘要: The number of human cases pandemic H1N1 influenza viral infection has increased in Japan since April 2009, as it worldwide. This virus is widespread the Yamaguchi prefecture western Japan, where most infected children exhibited respiratory symptoms. Bronchial asthma thought to be one risk factors that exacerbate symptoms H1N1-infected patients, but pathogenesis remains unclear. We retrospectively investigated records 33 with who were admitted our hospital between October and December 2009 analyzed their clinical features. percentage attack, or without abnormal findings on chest radiographs (pneumonia, atelectasis, etc.), caused by was significantly higher than attack 2008-2009 seasonal infection. Of study, 22 (66.7%) experienced an attack. Among these children, 20 (90.9%) did not receive long-term management for bronchial asthma, whereas 7 (31.8%) diagnosed had first However, severity correlate pulmonary complications greatly increases lower tract such pneumonia, when compared virus. Furthermore, results suggest can easily induce a severe atelectasis atopic any history either treatment.
