摘要: The ubiquitin (Ub)-proteasome system (UPS) is considered as a central protein degradation in all eukaryotes. UPS comprises of several factors such Ub and Ub-like molecules, hydrolases, E3 ligases, the proteasome itself. Numerous studies have demonstrated that dysfunction plays an essential role pathogenesis progression Alzheimer's disease (AD). Furthermore, current evidence has suggested components can be connected with initial stage AD characterized by synaptic dysfunction, to late phases AD, marked neurodegeneration. In patients, accumulations insoluble brain caused overload or UPS, conformational alterations substrates prevent their recognition UPS. Synaptic also defective proteolysis found widely recognized play pivotal regular activities synapses. Conversely, its precise cause are unclear. Presently accepted medicines for give symptomatic relief, though they unable stop disease. Besides, cellular quality control demonstrate significant emphasis on advancement targeted effective treatments AD. this review, we focus highlight how UPS-linked influence management
