摘要: Abstract This study examined participation in 12-step programs and attitudes toward meetings an outpatient sample of 81 severely mentally ill patients with comorbid substance use disorders. The found that dual diagnosis attended at rates comparable to those reported for primary addiction treatment settings. Diagnosis each had independent effects on participation. difficulties some report experiencing may need be addressed maximize attendance potential benefit from programs.
