摘要: A deficiency in secretory immunoglobulin (sIgA) is associated with recurrent upper respiratory tract infections both the general community and elite athletes. The aim of this paper was to investigate effect aerobic exercise relaxation on various indices sIgA 12 male 8 female adults who varied levels recreational activity. Salivary samples were obtained before, immediately after 30 minutes an incremental cycle ergometer test fatigue, cycling at 30% or 60% maximum heart rate, guided imagery. Each session run a separate day. When expressed relation changes salivary flow did not change exercise. However, absolute concentration secretion rate increased during (167 +/- 179 microg x ml(-1), p < 0.001; 37 71 min(-1), 0.05 respectively). Nonspecific protein more than fatigue (decrease sIgA/protein ratio 92 181 mg protein(-1), 0.05), but relative relaxation. Our findings suggest that appropriate measure protein, for These data possibility using counteract negative effects intense levels.
