摘要: Abstract Over the past several decades, implementation of bioceramics in orthopedic bioengineering has become increasingly profound. The resemblance material to bone histomorphology makes them favorable use tissue engineering schemes, addition evidence that they exhibit osteoconductivity and many manifest appropriate mechanical strength. Moreover, strategy 3D bioprinting technique holds potential consistently manufacture commercializable scaffolds, tailored for diverse clinical applications with physicochemical property-dependent biodegradation rates, usher a new era effective hard fabrication. This review is first its kind it thoroughly compiled most recent studies on printing bioceramic scaffolds treat defects anomalies. Manuscripts were mostly chosen from last decade, highlighting novelty approach regenerative via ceramic-based 3DP technologies. Likewise, materials perspective present body this work, scaffold requirements explained as well incorporation drug delivery schemes localized administration cargo release rates pre-clinical studies.
