摘要: An approximate analytic theory describing excitation of microwave spin waves by spin-polarized direct current in magnetic nano-structures is presented. The based on the classical Hamiltonian formalism for films, and uses idea that passing through ldquofreerdquo layer a nano-structure creates this an effective negative damping wave modes. developed macrospin approximation describes current-induced uniform magnetization precession both near minimum maximum energy layer. same theory, also, provides framework description supercritically unstable spatially nonuniform propagating
