摘要: BACKGROUND Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitory peptides were found to alleviate acute hepatitis significantly. In this study, we purified and identified ACE peptide from cashew evaluate its protective role on alcohol-induced in mice. RESULTS The by using consecutive chromatographic techniques. One of these (FETISFK) exhibited the highest inhibition rate (91.04 ± 0.31%). vivo, results showed that decreased levels alanine aminotransferase (ALT) aspartate (AST) caused alcohol exposure. Moreover, it could increase activities superoxide dismutase (SOD) glutathione (GSH), decrease level malondialdehyde (MDA). It was also down-regulate markedly expression interleukin-6 (IL-6) tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α). ACE, angiotensin II (AngII) type 1 receptor (AT1 R). CONCLUSION These findings support view alleviated down-regulating ACE-AngII-AT1 R axis, broadening research approach prevent hepatitis, providing experimental data for development utilization cashews. © 2019 Society Chemical Industry.
