摘要: OBJECTIVE: To assess the application of a Cole-Cole analysis multiple frequency bioelectrical impedance (MFBIA) measurements to predict total body water (TBW) and extracellular (ECW) in humans. This technique has previously been shown produce accurate reliable estimates both normal abnormal animals. DESIGN: The whole 60 healthy humans was measured at 496 frequencies (ranging from 4 kHz 1 MHz) zero frequency, Ro, characteristic Zc, were determined spectrum, (Cole-Cole plot). TBW ECW independently using deuterium bromide tracer dilution techniques. SETTING: At Dunn Clinical Nutrition Centre Department Biochemistry, University Queensland. SUBJECTS: adult volunteers (27 men 33 women, aged 18-45 years). RESULTS: results presented suggest that swept bioimpedance water, (SEE = 5.2%), 10%), only slightly better normal, subjects than method based on single or anthropometric weight, height gender. CONCLUSIONS: study undertaken most extensive date relationships between (and ECW) individual impedances obtained different ( > 400 frequencies), marginal advantages one over another, even if values predicted theoretical models are used estimations. However situations where there disturbances fluid distribution, could prove be more useful.
