摘要: Electrophoretic analyses of genetically controlled enzyme polymorphisms were carried out on broods diploid gynogenetic rainbow trout alevins, produced by heat-shocking eggs which had been fertilised with u.v.-irradiated sperm. The results showed that diploidisation was caused the retention second polar body and also demonstrated complex cross-over phenomena.
