摘要: Currently, the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) recommends measuring surface field size once a week by using an analog film order to verify light and radiation coincidence Quality Assurance (QA) radiotherapy. However, use does not allow for quantitative method evaluation, with detectors 2D array is difficult. Therefore, we used amorphous-Se (a-Se) digital detection system measure fields simultaneously QA system, feasibility such was confirmed ensuring measurements. The characteristics a-Se were compared delivering each doses 100, 10 monitor units(MU) at rate 400 MU/min 100 × mm2 from cm source-surface distance (SSD). A 0.5 mm 0.6 difference measured X-axis, 0.3 Y-axis. measurements less than mm, which relatively insignificant. These results indicate that adequate quality assurance radiotherapy coincidence. In addition, experiment considered have provided valuable based enables simple accurate clinical therapy assessing alignment fields.
