摘要: Abstract Following a brief review of the assumptions involved in usual (Laplacian) expression for speed sound waves, an instrument, sonic thermometer, is described which utilizes this relationship to measure air temperature. The advantages thermometer are then discussed, main being absence radiational errors and extremely low lag—a result fact that measured variable, sound, independent properties measuring elements.
