摘要: Roll-to-roll (R2R) slot-die coating systems are mostly devoted to the mass manufacture of printed electronics. This study examined correlation among operating conditions, thickness, and width patterned strip fabricated by R2R system. A full factorial experiment was conducted screen for effective parameters. The velocity a moving substrate found be most dominant parameter affecting thickness strips. flow ratio supply slot-die, gap between did not affect strip, but affected thickness; therefore, can employed independent patterning against width. In addition, it proposed determine process such as gap, velocity, desired
