摘要: An analogue-to-digital conversion scheme based on the e-periodic transfer characteristics of an SET inverter is proposed. The authors demonstrate 4 bit converter performance using Monte-Carlo simulation in which implements a binary quantiser and encoder for one significant bit. This can be easily extended to higher order bits.
