摘要: Avocado (Persea americana) is an economically important tropical fruit considered to be a good source of fatty acids. Despite its importance, the molecular and cellular characterization biochemical developmental processes in avocado limited due lack transcriptome genomic information. The transcriptomes seeds, roots, stems, leaves, aerial buds flowers were determined using different sequencing platforms. Additionally, three stages ripening (pre-climacteric, climacteric post-climacteric) also analyzed. analysis RNAseqatlas presented here reveals strong differences gene expression patterns between organs, especially root flower, but similarities among other such as stem, leaves (vegetative organs) or seed (storage organs). Important regulators, functional categories, differentially expressed genes involved identified. demonstrate utility atlas, we investigated implicated acid metabolism ripening. A description transcriptomic changes occurring during was obtained Mexican avocado, contributing dynamic view biosynthesis process.
