摘要: Prostaglandins have been implicated in the process of uterine decidualization vitro, but sites action are uncertain. Since one earliest changes endometrial stroma following induction is an increase alkaline phosphataseactivity, we investigated effects PGs on stromal cell phosphatase activity vitro. Immature rats were pretreated with hormones to sensitize their uteri for decidual reaction. Endometrial cells isolated and cultured up 4 days PGE2 (0–10 μg/ml) or PGF2 Analysis variance revealed a highly significant interaction between day culture concentration medium (P<0.01). Stromal decreased significantly increasing duration In presence PGE2, was higher (P<0.01) regardless culture. contrast, PGF2α had only small inconsistent effect. These data indicate that PGs, particular can act directly upon cells.
