摘要: Bainite lath nucleated WithIN Grain (BWING) has been clarified to be greatly effective for the increase in both strength and toughness. The nucleation of BWING enhanced by introduction inclusion into austenite, which would act as site BWING. However, itself brittle at interface between matrix, high density dislocations are apt accumulated under deformation, inducing cleavage interface. As increases, steel strengthened, but brittle. Therefore, dislocation network, that is, Small-Angle Dislocation Network (SADN) austenite is tried present work. SADN stable temperature region such because pinned existed prevent bow-out through absorbing point defects. formation BWING, was experimentally. bainite neighbor one might formed relaxing stress field around and/or inclusion. It analyzed average size Aggregates Laths having nearly Parallel Slip systems neighboring laths (ALPS) corresponds dimples on fracture surface. process ductile offered based crystallographic analysis using transmission electron microscopy.
