摘要: Abstract This paper is devoted to the study of electrochemical behaviour insecticide chlorpyrifos with proved endocrine disruptor properties and finding optimum conditions for its determination using differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) at a mercury meniscus modified silver solid amalgam electrode (m-AgSAE). It was confirmed that reaction based on reduction H + ions catalysed by adsorbed surface m-AgSAE. Two variants m-AgSAE were tested: i) freshly prepared each set measurements classical previously published activation (5 min −2.2 V in 0.2 mol.L −1 KCl under stirring presence oxygen) which optimal base electrolyte found be acidic part Britton-Robinson (BR) buffer (pH 1.82) containing 15% methanol ii) newly developed simplified (10 s stirred alone BR 30% methanol.
