摘要: Apolipoprotein E type 4 allele (ApoE∊4) is known as a risk gene for the late-onset Alzheimer’s disease, and relationship between ApoE∊4 cognitive function of elderly people has drawn attention scientists. In this study, we investigated old people. A total 156 were investigated, whom 31 carriers. The primarily influenced global function, perceptual speed, work memory. results indicate that significant negative effect on who are 60 years older.
