摘要: Akinesia is one of the most frequently used terms in symptomatology parkinsonism. The term includes various symptoms, and sometimes it not easy to define akinesia clearly strictly, especially when its generating mechanism discussed (Barbeau 1971; Hornykiewicz 1972). In this paper I would like propose at least three different subgroups clinical sense, considering their physiological pharmacological mechanisms (Narabayashi 1980). Parkinsonian facies, poor blinking, low voice dysarthria, stuttering festination speech, lack arm-swing walking, poverty slowness movement, awkwardness coordinated movements many other difficulties motor performance daily activities are included akinesia. Not all these symptoms can be considered due single mechanism, but may several generation. Group A consists which belong category group B belonging or movement. C so-called freezing phenomenon start movement repetitive movements.
