摘要: Summary A microbial aetiology of acne has been suggested since the beginning last century. There is considerable evidence, circumstantial at best, which suggests that micro-organisms, particularly Propionibacterium acnes, are important in pathogenesis vulgaris. However, it still unclear whether P. acnes actually a causal agent development noninflamed or inflamed lesions. Based on review microbiological data normal and acne-affected skin, we propose neither initiates comedogenesis nor role initiation inflammation
