摘要: We developed a hierarchical hybrid micro/nanorough strontium-loaded Ti (MNT-Sr) surface fabricated through hydrofluoric acid etching followed by magnetron sputtering and evaluated the effects of this on osseointegration. Samples with smooth (ST) surface, micro (MT) treated etching, nano (NT-Sr) SrTiO3 target deposited via technique were investigated in parallel for comparison. The results showed that MNT-Sr surfaces prepared successfully high interface bonding strength. Moreover, slow Sr release could be detected when NT-Sr samples immersed phosphate-buffered saline. In vitro experiments, significantly improved proliferation differentiation osteoblasts compared other three groups. Twelve weeks after four different implants inserted into distal femurs 40 rats, bone–implant contact ST, MT, NT-Sr, groups 39.70%±6.00%, 57.60%±7.79%, 46.10%±5.51%, 70.38%±8.61%, respectively. terms mineral apposition ratio, group increased 129%, 58%, 25% values groups, maximal pullout force was 1.12-, 0.31-, 0.69-fold higher than These suggested has synergistic effect micro/nano-topography strontium enhanced osseointegration, it may promising option clinical use.
