摘要: The use of biocontrol strains recently has become a popular alternative to conventional chemical treatments. A set bacteria isolated from sugar beet rhizosphere and roots shoots apple walnut were evaluated for their potential control seedling damping-off caused by R. solani AG-4 AG2-2.The results in vitro assays concluded that three isolates, SB6, SB14, SB15, obtained five AP2, AP4, AP6, AP7, AP8, the most effective antagonists inhibited mycelial growth both isolates. Combination several biochemical tests partial sequencing 16S rRNA gyrBgenes revealed eight efficient bacterial isolates could be assigned genus Bacillus all tolerate high temperatures salt concentrations vegetative growth. activity tested greenhouse condition. indicated four strains,B. amyloliquefaciens B. pumilus SB6,B. siamensis AP2 siamensisAP8 exerted significant influence on controlling performed significantly better than others. However, treatment seeds with was when isolate SB14 used, which controlled disease 58% 52.5% AG-2-2. This indicates beneficial native host plant may increase success rate screening biocontrols, because these microbes are likely adapted its associated environmental conditions other species grown different conditions. We can infer reported here plantsmay recruitbeneficial help them solve context-specific challenges.
