摘要: Abstract Multiple rare earth metal cations (Gd, Yb, Ho and Pr) were doped in yttrium iron garnet (YIG) nanocrystalline ferrites. Following five samples i.e. YIG (Y 3 Fe 5 O 12 ), Gd 2.8 0.2 Pr ) Yb prepared using sol-gel auto-combustion synthesis route. The characterized via XRD, FTIR, SEM VSM whereas VNA was also used to evaluate these for high frequency applications. XRD analysis confirms the peaks of ferrites which show cubic phase structure all samples. lattice constant substituted nanoferrites initially increased then consequently decreased as doping except Pr-substituted nanoferrites. This is due greater ionic radii compared other FTIR find out morphological features observed images. High measurements such permittivity, permeability, dielectric losses, ac conductivity, electric modulus Q factor measured VNA. Saturation magnetization, remanence, coercivity, squareness ratio, Bohr magneton magneto crystalline anisotropy from magnetic hysteresis loops recorded by VSM. Pr-doped better properties with lower losses at higher suggest use microwave devices
