摘要: Work disability is common in rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and accounts for a large fraction of its costs. People with RA who are work disabled have more joint involvement, radiographic damage, and/or laboratory abnormalities than people working. However, analysis predictive associative markers 15 studies indicate that the demographic variables, such as age, occupation, level education, duration disease, well functional status activities daily living (ADL) identified on patient questionnaire, appear to identify physiological variables. results from complex interactions medical social conditions, government policies.
