摘要: NMR Spectroscopy differs favorably from other physical methods of investigation (IR and UV spectroscopy) in that some cases it makes possible to detect directly the formation intermediate products chemical reactions (ions, reaction complexes, solvates, etc.). However, should be noted conditions under which spectra are recorded often differ conditions. In these care must exercised comparing spectroscopic data. Despite stipulations, use method obtain quite unique data on structure products, making avoid need resorting various hypotheses, a very speculative nature, explain mechanism process.
