摘要: El efecto analgesico de los opioides fue reconocido en las etapas tempranas la historia medicina. Sin embargo, su abuso potencial y efectos adversos han provocado una «opiofobia» generalizada, un fenomeno infrautilizacion rutina estos farmacos. Las principales barreras existentes para el uso adecuado son conocimiento insuficiente, actitudes inapropiadas cuestiones economicas.
