摘要: A formalism is developed for the Kerr constant of particles composed subunits whose electro-optical properties have axial symmetry. protocol devised calculation from dipole moments and electrical optical polarizabilities subunits. The conformational average required if particle flexible. Based on that formalism, semiflexible, wormlike chains calculated with help a discrete version to which previous applied. averages are evaluated by means Monte Carlo simulation. Thus we obtain expressions over whole range conformations.
