摘要: Abstract Utilizing a photodiode array based spatial profiling spectrometer vertical profiles of analyte emission have been measured for large number neutral atom and ion lines in the inductively coupled plasma. The can be subdivided into two basic categories. One group (called “ soft ” after Boumans) behaviour that is very dependent on power, aerosol flow excitation ionization characteristics. second hard relatively insensitive to all above parameters. In cases line as do more energetic lines. Under fixed ICP conditions their peak at essentially same position discharge which always higher than It also shown directly correlated with normal temperature.
