摘要: The current increased interest in evaluating the teaching of college and university faculty has made course evaluations even more important to careers academic faculty. most use is guide instructors revising courses altering methods become effective educators. A second becoming frequent: comparing scores on across make major personnel decisions, including hiring, firing, promotion, tenure. soundness these decisions depends upon validity evaluation instrument, reliable consistent instrument can easily be compromised if administered inappropriately.
