The cause of postrestorative sensitivity and its prevention

摘要: As far as restorations are concerned, infection beneath the filling material itself is greatest threat to pulp. Thus, main biological problem we face in restorative dentistry concerns favorable environment for microbial growth under restorations. Bacterial activity may result increased pulp sensitivity, pulpal inflammation, and secondary caries. We need more testing of materials that not complicated by presence bacteria space between walls cavity.
