摘要: We propose here a new three-dimensional (3D) holographic tracking method capable to track, simultaneously and in single step, all the spatial coordinates of micro-objects. The approach is based on enhanced correlation coefficient (ECC) maximization but applied, for first time best our knowledge, directly reconstructed complex wave fields. key novelty proposed strategy its ability calculate 3D cells, without decoupling contribution amplitude phase. tested living cells (i.e., NIH 3T3 mouse fibroblast) flowing into microfluidic channel compared with classical approach. Theoretical description experimental validation are reported.
