摘要: The aim of this study was to analyze the morphokinetic parameters feline embryos using a time lapse system. Oocytes matured in vitro were fertilized (IVF) and cultured lapse-system (Primo Vision®, Gothenburg, Sweden). first cell division occurred between 17 h post insemination (hpi) 38 hpi, with highest proportion (46%) cleaving 21 24 hpi. timing cleavage significantly affected further embryo development, development occurring that cleaved at 21–22 Embryos very early (17–18 hpi) developed poorly blastocyst stage (2%) none later than 27 hpi able reach stage. Morphological defects observed 48% embryos. There no statistically significant differences intervals frequency morphological Multiple (MUL) detected more half (56%) abnormal most frequent single cytoplasmic fragmentation (FR) (8%) blastomere asymmetry (AS) (6%). Direct (DC) from 1–3 or 3–5 blastomeres, reverse (RC) vacuoles rarely (2–3%). cavity formation is good indicator quality. In our study, 127–167 hatching blastocysts cavitated 142–150 Blastocysts which cavitation began after 161 did not hatch. conclusion, second divisions, anomalies can all be used as non-invasive indicators cat vitro.
