摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter defines number of carrier sites for ADP or ATP that bound to the mitochondrial membrane and subsequently can be removed by atractylate (ATR) carboxyatractylate (CAT). The appropriate determination binding requires a well-controlled differentiation procedure. isolation in functional state is facilitated when brought into CAT-complexed before solubilization detergent. In fact, detailed studies with various ligands showed fixed at least two different conformation state: (1) CAT “c state,” where face c side (2) bongkrekate (BKA) “m m side. preparations CAT- BKA-protein have identical amino acid composition, exclude each other isolation, partially interconverted. For these reasons, they postulated represent conformational forms same protein. Both, complexes respond specifically ATP, removing replacing one ligand other.
