摘要: Advances in radionuclide tracers have allowed for more accurate imaging that reflects the actions of numerous neurotransmitters, energy metabolism utilization, inflammation, and pathological protein accumulation. All these achievements molecular brain broadened our understanding function Parkinson’s disease (PD). The implementation has supported PD diagnosis as well assessment therapeutic outcome progression. Moreover, is suited detection preclinical or prodromal cases. Despite advances, future frontiers research this area will focus on using multi-modalities combining positron emission tomography magnetic resonance along with causal modeling complex algorithms.
