摘要: In this paper we develop a framework for resource allocation in secondary spectrum access scenario, where group of cognitive radios (CR) the resources primary system. We assume system is cellular OFDM-based network operating uplink. an optimum strategy, using cooperative game theory, which guarantees primary's required QoS and allocates achievable rate at given bit error secondary, when possible. The proposed radio (CRG) network-assisted management method, users (both secondary) inform system's BS their channel state information power limitation base station calculates sub-channel all users. Using Game theoretic axiom fairness, i.e., Nash Bargaining Solutions (NBS), alternative efficient fair compare its performance with CRG method. use Sequential Quadratic Programming (SQP) to solve non-linearly constrained optimization problem.
