摘要: In this work we report for the first time surface functionalization of 2D MoS2 with X (metals: Al, Cu, Sn, Ti) to develop a low-cost, ultra-selective biosensor array based Electronic Tongue (E-Tongue) detection 4 vital neurological drugs in human saliva. The hydrothermally grown functionalized X-MoS2 was integrated onto single 1 × cm aluminium foil and contacts were defined using Cr electrodes. Detailed characterization revealed formation 2-H metal-X (Al, Ti)-functionalized nanoflower like morphology decorated nanoflake, nanorod, nanocube nanostick structures, respectively. response sensor recorded aspirin, nicotine, caffeine tramadol. Principal Component Analysis (PCA) performed reduce dimension numerous data sets from all sensors predict likely possible various towards each sensor. Pattern-recognition analysis confirmed definite pattern respective could efficiently differentiate one another. Real-time saliva samples monitoring therapeutic drug concentration body. Furthermore, exposed study their sensitivity, selectivity, stability, reproducibility adhesion device. strategy outlined can be used lab-on-a-chip devices real-time bioanalytes body fluids.
