摘要: The Na/K pump plays a key role in the regulation of intracellular concentrations monovalent cations and related cell function leading to electrogenesis excitation–contraction coupling. We focus this review on analysis recent data showing that (i) inhibition triggers signaling cascade independently modulation [Na+]i/[K+]i ratio; (ii) elevation [Na+]i under sustained leads expression set genes by [Ca2+]i-dependent independent pathways; (iii) [Na+]i-sensitive are involved programmed death (apoptosis) vascular smooth muscle cells.
