摘要: The INSPIRE Directive by the European Commission sets legal and technical foundations towards interoperable Spatial Data Infrastructures (SDIs) across Europe. EU member states are already providing such services for several geospatial data themes (e.g.,?transportation networks, administrative units). Unfortunately, ecosystem has been largely disjoint from Semantic Web, without any means to repurpose existing SDIs as high-quality sources, thus multiply their value through interlinking, reasoning inferencing. In this paper, we introduce a methodology that can assist stakeholders in exposing INSPIRE-aligned on Web according recent GeoSPARQL standard. We develop methods discovering virtual SPARQL endpoint over catalogue services. Further, implement suite of tools automatically transforming metadata into RDF triples with geometries. compiled geographic thematic information then be loaded semantic repositories querying or interlinked other data. Our open-source solutions essentially SDIs, so promote uptake facilitate reuse practice. Finally, case study, report our experience validating approach real-world SDI publicly available Greece order expose its contents (Geo)SPARQL endpoints.
