摘要: The kinetics of CD8 + T cell epitope presentation contribute to the antiviral efficacy these cells yet remain poorly defined. Here, we demonstrate virion-derived Vpr peptide epitopes early after viral penetration and prior Vif-derived epitopes, which required de novo Vif synthesis. Two Rev exhibited differential kinetics, with one presented within 1 h infection. We also that cytolytic activity mirrors recognition infected cells.
